According to the present invention, information is provided about a specific field that is related to an arbitrarily defined item on which an adviser has focused, and is included in data related to the health condition of an employee including attendance data. This data analysis device is provided with: a data acquiring means 51 that acquires health condition data and attendance data of two or more employees; an attribution data generating means 52 that generates, for each of the employees, attribution data of a predetermined field of the attendance data by using a predetermined temporal resolution, a predetermined time range, and a predetermined aggregation method; a model learning means 53 that learns a model expressed by a polynomial expression using, as an object variable, a specified target field and, as an explanatory variable, each of the fields of the attribution data; a related field extracting means 54 that extracts the field of the attribution data related to the target field on the basis of the learned model; and a summarizing means 55 that summarizes and outputs the attendance data of a specified employee on the basis of information about the extracted field.
