The device is a direct link to the customer service department for that particular manufacturer. As customers view the range and need advice and guidance they can connect directly, via video link on the IT device, to a customer service and product expert located within the service depart of the manufacturer. Two way video links allows the customer to interact with the customer service rep face to face and point out products, benefits and features that will assist the customer. The customer can then decide on the product to purchase, cease the video link and proceed to the check out. This model will allow manufactures to service a number of stores from one central location. It will reduce in store training costs and make decision making for the customer easy.
