Disclosed are a method for an insertion hole of a linking guiding and sealing tooth insertion base to be provided with main and side reciprocating teeth, and an impacting device wherein an insertion hole of a mining machine is provided with main and side reciprocating teeth. The device comprises an integrated block sealing guiding and rotation-stopping box (1), a reciprocating power device (2), a linking guiding and sealing tooth insertion base (3), a main reciprocating tooth (4) and side reciprocating teeth (5), an end portion of the linking guiding and sealing tooth insertion base (3) being provided with a guiding insertion post (6) or a guiding insertion hole base, the side reciprocating teeth (5) being arranged on the main reciprocating tooth (4), a main reciprocating tooth insertion hole piece (7) or a main reciprocating tooth insertion post (178) being arranged on the main reciprocating tooth (4), the reciprocating power device (2) being connected to the linking guiding and sealing tooth insertion base (3), the guiding insertion post (6) of the end portion of the linking guiding and sealing tooth insertion base (3) being connected to the main reciprocating tooth insertion hole piece (7), or the guiding insertion hole base of the of the end portion of the linking guiding and sealing tooth insertion base (3) being connected to the main reciprocating tooth insertion post (178), the linking guiding and sealing tooth insertion base (3) driving the main reciprocating tooth (4) and the side reciprocating teeth (5) to impact in a reciprocating manner. The device improves the operational performance and efficiency of a coal mining machine or a boring machine, and is safe and reliable.
