Provided are an SNCR denitrification system and waste incinerator for performing a denitrification treatment on a flue gas. The SNCR denitrification system (10) comprises a denitrification agent spray (12) and a spoiler (14). The denitrification agent spray (12) is installed on a water-cooling wall of a hearth (30). The spoiler (14) is disposed on the water-cooling wall of the hearth (30) in a circumferential direction. The spoiler (14) is located on an emission path of the flue gas and positioned above the denitrification agent spray (12), and can project a turbulent air flow in a direction opposite to a flow direction of the flue gas.
