It has a much lower profile for less wind resistance and better stability on the harness racing track and public road while be driven to other harness racing venues. The back scissor lift platform & boom design allows for opening, closing, raising and lowering whilst being compact in build. It is automated to achieve these functions in sequence. The Vehicles driver's side or the high side of the racing track has an articulated boom which moves up and down following the camber or surface of the track. This is controlled with a measuring laser linked to the hydraulic system of the mobile starting barrier for motion.
