TEXT MESSAGE VIEWING METHOD AND USER TERMINAL

A text message viewing method and a user terminal. The method comprises: detecting a first touch operation with respect to a text message application icon of a user terminal (S101); acquiring a touch parameter of the first touch operation, where the touch parameter comprises a first touch pressure value (S102); determining whether or not the first touch pressure value exceeds a first preset threshold (S103); if the first touch pressure value exceeds the first preset threshold, then outputting a text message preview window, and displaying a first target text message in the text message preview window (S104). The method allows quick viewing of the text message, saves operation time, and enhances user experience.
