Disclosed is a vertical shot blasting processing machine system for processing a pipe wall surface and a shot blasting processing method. A vertical structure is adopted in a shot blasting chamber (1). An inner shot blasting device (22) is arranged in a cavity of the shot blasting chamber (1). An outer shot blasting device (21) can be further arranged on the periphery of the shot blasting chamber, and therefore the inner wall and the outer wall of a steel pipe can be processed at the same time. The shot blasting device (22) comprises a shot blasting head body (23). The shot blasting head body (23) is capable of rotating around a sand supply pipe (24). A sand dispensing hole (241) is formed at the top of the sand supply pipe (24). When processing sand pellets move upwards and vertically and arrive at the top of the sand supply pipe (24) from the bottom of the sand supply pipe (24), the processing sand pellets enter the portion of a shot blasting head blade (231) in the shot blasting head body (23) through the sand dispensing hole (241), and are shot after acceleration by means of the rotation of the shot blasting head blades (231), which has a high processing efficiency. The processing sand pellets are pumped out through a sand pellet pumping device (5). Sand is supplied from bottom to top along the sand supply pipe (24). After processing, the sand pellets can fall into a sand pellet recovery device (4) through the own gravity of the sand pellets. The total energy consumption is low, and the structure is simple.
