The present invention relates to an image processing device and method, and an object detection device using the same. The image processing device according to one embodiment of the present invention can comprise: a pixel value coordinate generation unit for generating pixel value coordinates including a pixel value of a target pixel within a target image obtained from an input image and a pixel value of a reference pixel corresponding to the target pixel within a reference image; a reference pixel value determination unit for determining a reference pixel value coinciding with the pixel value of the target image on the basis of the pixel value coordinates; and a pixel value changing unit for changing a pixel value of each pixel within the input image into the reference pixel value coinciding with the corresponding pixel value.
