COMPETITION BASED RESOURCE SHARING METHOD, NETWORK ELEMENT AND SYSTEM

A competition based resource sharing method, network element and system, which relate to a long-term evolution advanced system. The method, applied to communication stations, comprises: sending competition sharing configuration information to all terminals of a first type satisfying a pre-set condition, wherein the competition sharing configuration information is used for instructing all the terminals of the first type to compete for a time-domain and/or frequency-domain resource on a competition sharing domain; and receiving uplink data sent by the terminals of the first type which obtain the time-domain and/or frequency-domain resource by means of competition. An adjacent communication station is used to configure the same time-frequency resource on the competition sharing domain, and a terminal satisfying a certain pre-set condition is scheduled to the competition sharing domain.
