INTENSIFIED ROTATING COAL DUST GASIFICATION APPARATUS HAVING MULTI-STAGE GASIFICATION AGENT PROVISION AND GASIFICATION METHOD

An intensified rotating coal dust gasifier apparatus having multi-stage gasification agent provision. Multiple gasification agent nozzles are uniformly distributed in the upper portion of the gasifier body in sequence from top to bottom. The gasification agent nozzles are inserted into the gasifier furnace at a tangential direction of the gasifier furnace. Each gasification agent nozzle is provided with a flow control valve. A coal dust burner is provided at the top portion of the gasifier body. Provided inside of the coal dust burner and radially outward are an annular gasification agent passage and an annular coal dust passage sharing the same axis as said burner. The gasification agent passage and the coal dust passage are provided with swirling vanes at the ends close to the fire. Also provided is a gasification method using the apparatus.
