Provided is a wastewater zero discharge treatment system comprising a regulating tank (1), a first reaction tank (2), a second reaction tank (3), a circulation concentration device (4), a sedimentation tank (5), a tubular filtration membrane device (6), a primary reverse osmosis device (8), a secondary reverse osmosis device (10) and a water reservoir (11) connected in sequence, wherein a first pipe used for the back flow filtration of muddy water that is not filtered clean in the tubular filtration membrane device (6) is provided between the circulation concentration device (4) and the tubular filtration membrane device (6). The system is modified based on existing treatment devices, so as to change the treatment effect, particularly the potential difference between pollutants, the carrier phase change and the mass balance in water, and after the change, the treated wastewater can reach zero discharge standards after undergoing the subsequent treatment with the tubular filtration membrane and the reverse osmosis filtration membrane.
