A glove for use in relieving mouse-induced hand injuries, comprising a glove body (100) and, provided on the glove body (100), a timer (10), an electrode (30), a vibrating apparatus (40) comprising a vibrator (401) and a rechargeable battery (402), a heating apparatus (50) comprising a temperature sensor (501) and a heating wire (502), and a controller (60). The timer (10) records time information of mouse use and transmits the time information to the controller (60). The controller (60) determines whether or not the time information of mouse use exceeds a preset time threshold; and if yes, the controller (60) controls the electrode (30) to produce a pulse to massage an acupuncture point of a wrist, and controls the vibrator (401) on the basis of the pulse generated by the electrode (30) to massage the back of a hand. The rechargeable battery (402) provides the vibrator (401) with energy needed for vibrating. The temperature sensor (501) detects temperature information within the glove body (100). The heating wire (502) heats the glove body (100) on the basis of control by the controller (60). Also disclosed is a method for relieving mouse-induced hand injuries. This achieves the effect of completely relaxing and keeping warm the hand muscles of a user and reduces the incidence of mouse-induced hand injuries.
