METHOD FOR SEPARATING AND PURIFYING Α2-MACROGLOBULIN FROM SEDIMENT OF COHN COMPONENT IV

A method for separating and purifying α2-macroglobulin from sediment of a Cohn component IV and the α2-macroglobulin obtained by the method. Specifically, the method comprises: sequentially carrying out ammonium sulfate precipitation, zinc ion affinity chromatography, gel filtration and ultrafiltration concentration on the sediment of the Cohn component IV, and finally obtaining the α2-macroglobulin. Plasma proteins, namely the α2-macroglobulins, having a clinic application value are obtained by means of purification according to the method, the sediment of the Cohn component IV is changed into wealth, and plasma is comprehensively utilized. Meanwhile, the method is simple and convenient in operation, easy to amplify, and suitable for separating and purifying the α2-macroglobulin in a large scale.
