The system is made up of physical and electrical barriers with sensor and alarm components for the former and connection and activation components for the latter, all connected to an internal source comprising a set of batteries or conventional electrical system, the latter having a set of batteries for covering any failures of the electricity supply for a period of time deemed most appropriate by the user. The system prevents access to closed or semi-closed enclosures, if the sensor and alarm component detects an intruder within a distance less than the distance established, by activating the electrical barrier connection and activation component, which is supplied by own power sources or conventional power sources, which may be replaced by own power sources in the event of loss of external supply, energizing the entire electrical barrier, making same practically impenetrable on account of the high-voltage, low-amp electrical discharges triggered, as appropriate. This system can be applied to any closed enclosure to be protected volumetrically and/or any semi-closed enclosure in which protection is provided only on some sides, entry into which beyond the respective physical barrier comprises conductive internal awnings or screens or gates connected to the electrical barrier, which is activated by the connection and activation component by means of a warning from the sensor and alarm component, or in masonry installations or similar. The system may be kept active permanently or be activated only when the connection and activation component receives a warning from the sensor and alarm component.
