The present invention describes an offshore wind turbine, that is to say, a wind turbine that is partially immersed in the sea, where wind conditions are more violent and hence the amount of electrical energy generated is significantly higher. The present invention also describes a seagoing vehicle for conveying, supporting and manufacturing the turbine, and a method for installing the turbine in its correct position in high seas, which involves carefully hoisting the turbine. The present invention belongs to the field of renewable energy generation engineering and technologies.
