Disclosed are fifteen epitope minimum motif peptides of human papillomavirus (HPV) type 16 E6 and E7 proteins, wherein same can be used to prepare a monoclonal antibody or a polyclonal antibody recognizing the HPV16 E6 and E7 proteins, and in particular can be used singly or in combination to prepare a chemically synthesizing peptide and/or a recombinant multi-epitope peptide antigen that is specifically used for the detection of the generated antibody after being infected with HPV16 virus.
