The present invention relates to a method for producing a composition for strengthening the immune system in a patient and/or for influencing the electric charge of the blood in a patient. The present invention also relates to composition produced by such method as well as to uses of such composition. The composition in accordance with the present invention may be used to influence, e. g. increase the blood electric charge in patients. It is particularly useful in a method of preventing, treating and/or alleviating a disease selected from infections, in particular viral and bacterial infections, cancer, diabetes and/or depression in a patient. It can also be used in a method of mood-enhancing a patient.
