Provided are a mobile power supply charging apparatus and a mobile power supply leasing device thereof. The mobile power supply charging apparatus comprises a main control board (400), at least one charging clamp apparatus (200) and a PCB (208), wherein the PCB is mounted on one end of the charging clamp apparatus and is in a signal connection with the main control board. The mobile power supply leasing device comprises a mobile power supply charging apparatus and a control centre (300). The mobile power supply charging apparatus is provided with a routing module (500), wherein the routing module is in a signal connection with the control centre. The mobile power supply leasing device can be connected to a background server via a control centre, and unified management is performed on all the leasing apparatuses at the background to control each apparatus, so that a mobile power supply can be used once borrowed.
