A computing device (102) can receive a service request (122) comprising a request to instantiate a service (140) and create a service order (132) based on the service request (122). The service order (132) can include instructions to instantiate the service (140). The computing device (102) can replicate the service order (132) to obtain a replicated service (138) order that includes instructions to instantiate a replicated service (138) in a test environment (144), test paths and connections associated with the replicated service (138) within the test environment (144) using a test simulator (108), test device outage handling functionality of the replicated service (138) within the test environment (144) using the test simulator (108), test network (104) outage handling functionality of the replicated service (138) within the test environment (144) using the test simulator (108), verify the replicated service (138), and initiate instantiation of the service (140) requested by the service request (122).
