The healthcare pillowcase is simple in structure and low in cost; and by means of the cooperation of the pillowcase body (1), the pillowcase mouth (2), the auxiliary pillowcase mouth (3) and the internally disposed pocket (4), different pillow interiors can be put into the upper and lower parts of the pillowcase, the pillowcase can conveniently be removed, and magnets and drugs that aid sleep can also be disposed in the middle of the different pillow interiors.
