A microminiature impact monitoring system with ultra-low power consumption based on diode array digitization, relating to the technical field of structural health monitoring of aircrafts. The monitoring system consists of a microminiature sensor array interface, a passive band-pass filter array, a diode array, a digital conversion and management module, an airborne bus communication module, a monitoring data storage module, a self-powered module, and a microminiature communication interface. The monitoring system controls the amplitudes of impact response signals within a range of clamping voltages of diodes by using the diode array, to implement first-stage digitization, and implements second-stage digitization of the impact response signals by using the digital conversion and management module consisting of a microminiature field programmable logic gate array with ultra-low power consumption. The system is able to implement online, real-time, uninterrupted impact monitoring for the structure of a large-scale aircraft, thereby improving the safety and maintenance efficiency of the structure.
