The mobile phone device comprises: a binding-request transmitting module and a binding-result acquisition module. The system comprises a mobile phone side and a server side. The present invention distinguishes the membership rights and interests and membership duration belonging to the member account number on a specific mobile phone from those of other mobile phones, such that membership rights and interests are bound to a mobile phone.
