An energy-saving centralized control system of a water system, comprising a first water pump and a first start-up controller connected to the first water pump, and further comprising a second water pump connected to the first water pump. The second water pump is connected to a second start-up controller, and the second start-up controller is connected to the first start-up controller. A first frequency converter and a second frequency converter are respectively provided between the first water pump and the first start-up controller, and between the second water pump and the second start-up controller. The first water pump and the second water pump constitute a closed water circulation system; and when the first water pump and the second water pump are operating, water runs out of a water pipe and is output at the middle of a pipe network, and returned water is input at the middle of the pipe network. Also comprised is a plurality of sensors. The sensors are distributed at different positions of a system pipeline, comprehensively monitor the running condition, running energy consumption and a demand parameter of a water pump system, and can best restore the running state of the water pump system.
