A perforated subirrigation/drainage pipe (1), said pipe (1) comprising a pipe body (10) and a subirrigation inner pipe (11) of length less than or equal to that of the pipe body (10), said inner pipe (11) being integrally formed with the pipe body (10) and disposed at the top of the interior of the pipe body (10) along the central axis thereof; multiple irrigation perforations (111) are disposed along the wall of the subirrigation inner pipe (11), following the central axis of same (11), and an opening (101) is provided in the wall of the pipe body (10); flow guide partitions (12) are arranged on the inner wall of the pipe body (10) to either side of the opening (101), the space between each flow guide partition (12) and the outer wall of the subirrigation inner pipe (11), between each flow guide partition (12) and the inner wall of the pipe body (10) and between the two flow guide partitions (12) forming a main drainage and irrigation channel (13).
