WATER-BASED TEXTILE TRANSFER INK FOR WATER-BASED GRAVURE PRINTING, AND TEXTILE TRANSFER PAPER FOR APPLYING SAME

A water-based textile transfer ink for water-based gravure printing comprises: 15-35% of a disperse dye adhesive; 15-35% of a viscosity adjusting agent; 0-25% of a moisturizing agent; 0.1-1% of a surface tension adjusting agent; 0.01-0.5% of an antifoaming agent; 0.01-0.5% of a preservative; and 0.01-1% of a coagulant; with the remainder being deionized water. The water-based textile transfer ink may be prepared by placing appropriate ratios of the component materials in a grinder and grinding the component materials to a particle diameter of 100-800 nm; mixing, at the appropriate ratios, the viscosity adjusting agent, the disperse dye adhesive, the surface tension adjusting agent, the antifoaming agent, the preservative, the coagulant, and the deionized water; and then, after mixing at room temperature for 2-6 hours, letting the well-mixed mixture stand for 1-3 hours. In addition, the present invention relates to a water-based textile (nylon, cotton, TC blend, synthetic, acrylic fabric) thermal transfer paper for water-based gravure printing, wherein the textile transfer paper for water-based gravure printing has a base paper having a base paper structure of 30-70 gsm, 1-3 g per square meter of a primary coating is coated on the base paper, 2-10 g per square meter of a secondary coating is coated on the primary coating layer, and post-coating is performed on the rear surface of the base paper using starch and water.
