APPLICATION OF PCSK9 INHIBITOR IN PREPARATION OF DRUG TREATING INFLAMMATORY IMMUNE DISEASES

The present invention relates to the effects and mechanisms of PCSK9 in inflammatory immune diseases. Disclosed is an application of a PCSK9 inhibitor in the preparation of a drug treating T-cell mediated inflammatory immune diseases, in particular an application of a PCSK9 monoclonal antibody, a PCSK9 small interfering RNA and a PCSK9 small molecule inhibitor in the preparation of a drug for the systemic or skin topical treatment of psoriasis, atopic dermatitis or urticaria. A research testbed taking psoriasis as an inflammatory immune disease discovered that PCSK9 plays an important role in the treatment of inflammatory immune diseases. The PCSK9 monoclonal antibody, the PCSK9 small interfering RNA and the PCSK9 small molecule inhibitor may be further developed to treat inflammatory immune diseases, as a new drug for psoriasis. The drug has few side effects, low costs and significant efficacy.
