The invention relates to an integral detection, warning, prediction and correction device for ensuring the safety of people with epilepsy, comprising: a personal device (2) for collecting user data, including one or more units comprising means for collecting said data, as well as processing means and communication means, for processing the data collected and evaluating same in order to detect and predict possible epileptic seizures, generating an alarm and/or warning; and an external computerised assistance device (3) with which one or more of the units of the personal device (2) communicate(s) via the internet (I). The personal device (2) comprises a unit for recording biomedical signals (21), a unit for collecting brain signals (22), and a unit for processing data and communications (23), optionally consisting of independent wireless devices.
