The method comprises the steps of: after generating a unique token for each mobile phone number and generating a URL containing the token for login, generating a short message containing the URL; sending the short message generated by the short message generating step to a target mobile phone number; a user clicking on the URL included in the short message and sending a login request after receiving the short message; verifying the login request, acquiring the target mobile phone number according to the login request in the case of successful verification, and prompting error information in the case of verification failure; and using the mobile phone number acquired in the login processing step as a user identification to provide a website service for the user's mobile phone. According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a website login method and system for a mobile phone based on short message that can quickly and easily log in a website while ensuring the security of login.
