The invention relates to the field of construction, and more specifically to connection joints of columns and floor slabs of a girderless reinforced concrete building frame without a capital. The connection joint of a column and a floor slab comprises an interconnected upper column and lower column and a precast floor slab with a mounting opening to allow the passage of a column. Along the perimeter of the opening, there are anchors of a principal reinforcement of the slab, each of which is made from an angle section. The anchors are interconnected by strengthening angle units, which are mounted at the corners of the mounting opening of the slab. The floor slab is provided with additional reinforcement bars, which are secured to the strengthening angle units. The principal reinforcement of the floor slab is spaced along the full vertical extent in mutually perpendicular directions. The anchors of the principal reinforcement of the columns are designed in the form of loops, and the strengthening angle units are welded to the principal reinforcement of the lower column through metal connecting elements. The technical result is increased rigidity and reliability of the joint.
