A multifunctional mouse pad apparatus (1) for health care, comprising a housing (10) and a mouse pad (20). A temperature sensor (11), a fan (12), and a water hand pillow (13) are provided on the housing (10). A pressure sensor (21), a vibration motor (22), and a controller (23) are provided on the mouse pad (20). The temperature sensor (11) detects a temperature value within the housing (10); when the temperature value exceeds a preset temperature threshold, the controller (23) controls the fan (12) to dissipate heat; the water hand pillow (13) is provided on an end face of the housing (10) and is connected to the mouse pad (20); the pressure sensor (21) detects a pressure value on the mouse pad (20); when the pressure value exceeds a preset pressure threshold, the controller (23) controls the vibration motor (22) to vibrate. The temperature sensor (11) and the fan (12) maintain the normal temperature and humidity levels within the housing (10), thereby improving the health condition of hands of a user; the water hand pillow (13) reduces the friction between the wrist portion and a desk surface; and the pressure sensor (21) and the vibration motor (22) reduces the pressure on the wrist portion. The multifunctional mouse pad effectively improves the symptoms of discomfort on hand muscles and joints, thereby achieving the effect of wrist protection.
