The purpose of the present invention is to make it possible to easily continuously bend a band-shaped metal wire member so as to overlap in the width direction thereof. A continuous bending device for a band-shaped metal wire member is provided with: a feed mechanism that continuously feeds a band-shaped metal wire member along a feed line; a width direction guide mechanism that is provided to an intermediate location on the feed line and that guides the band-shaped metal wire member so that the width thereof becomes gradually narrower toward the direction in which the band-shaped metal wire member is fed; and a thickness direction guide mechanism that is provided to the position at which the width direction guide mechanism causes the band-shaped metal wire member to become gradually narrower and that displaces the central part of the band-shaped metal wire member in the width direction on one main surface side of the band-shaped metal wire member in the thickness direction thereof.
