The invention in particular relates to integrated means (4) for regenerating an electronic component of an apparatus (3) in a device (1) provided to be submerged in an ionising environment, characterised in that they comprise: a resistance for heating the component, which resistance is placed in the vicinity of this component; and thermostatic means for automatically controlling the resistance as a function of temperature. The invention also relates to a device equipped with such a generating means. The apparatus may be a video camera (3) and the component an optical sensor of this video camera.
