The present invention pertains to a composite gas adsorbent member in which an amine and an acid are supported on a porous material, wherein: the amine is in the form of a particulate; the particle diameter of all of the particles is 0.01−100 μm; the amine particles are supported by microholes in the porous material and the outer surface of the porous material; the microholes having a diameter of 50 nm or more; and the total supported-amine amount is a value (expressed in mass) that is 0.06−0.5 times as great as the porous material.
