According to the present invention, by using the three-stage carrier in gamma ray irradiation treatment, a ray source overlap and a product overlap may be simultaneously or selectively applied, various types of products having different doses may be simultaneously treated, quality stability may be secured by means of uniform sterilization, and energy use efficiency may be enhanced, and further, productivity is enhanced through treatment process simplification and fast treatment, costs are cut since the frequency of purchasing a ray source may be reduced, and product damage and malfunctioning during the treatment process may be prevented.
