Provided are a lubricating oil antiwear agent, a lubricating oil composite agent and a lubricating oil. The lubricating oil antiwear agent comprises layered nanosheets of a metal phosphate treated by an intercalation reaction. The lubricating oil composite agent contains the lubricating oil antiwear agent, and the lubricating oil contains the lubricating oil antiwear agent or the lubricating oil composite agent. The lubricating oil antiwear agent, the lubricating oil composite agent and the lubricating oil can effectively reduce friction and wear.
