INTELLIGENT ALARM PROMPT SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR FULLY-AUTOMATIC BOILER

An intelligent alarm prompt system and method for a fully-automatic boiler. The prompt system is arranged on a boiler control system, and comprises a detection node, a routing node, an alarm terminal and a server terminal. The detection node is connected to an alarm unit of the boiler control system through an electrical interface, and the detection node is connected to the routing node, the routing node is connected to the alarm terminal, and the routing node is also connected to the server terminal. The detection node is accessed through the electrical interface, reducing the cost and retaining the original reliability of a boiler device. The routing node may receive data of a plurality of detection nodes, and forward the data to an alarm module and/or the server terminal. A transmission distance of a wireless ad hoc network is increased, and one routing node can support a plurality of detection nodes, reducing hardware costs. The alarm terminal receives data of the detection node or the routing node at any time. Where an alarm occurs at the boiler device, alarm information is fed back to an operating crew. It is not necessary for the crew to stay in a boiler house at any time, freeing up the labour force.
