Provided is a method for configuring a heterogeneous network resource under intermediate processing constraints, comprising: separately obtaining the cut-off time and resource requirements of each data stream, and according to the cut-off time and resource requirements of each data stream, setting an evaluation score corresponding to each data stream; ordering the data stream according to the evaluation scores to generate a preference list corresponding to each intermediate node; obtaining network topology information of a heterogeneous network and computing the length of the transmission path of the data stream through the intermediate node; initializing to 1 the service quota of each intermediate node, and performing bidirectional matching between the data stream and the intermediate node so as to obtain a quasi-service list of each intermediate node; obtaining according to the quasi-service list a mapping relationship between the intermediate nodes and the data stream, and combining with a preference list corresponding to the intermediate nodes to sequentially schedule the data stream. The present invention achieves low latency and high performance of a data-intensive application under intermediate processing constraints, such that the resource is configured optimally and network performance is ideal.
