摘要

The invention relates to a device for removing bone and connective tissue, in particular for decompression of the vertebral channel in a spinal stenosis, comprising an ablation element (1) that can be moved back and forth along a curved guiding path and that cooperates with a guide instrument (2) that positions the ablation element in the region of the target tissue (9). The guide instrument consists in particular of a flexible tube (8) that can be introduced manually into the area to be treated and is adaptable in situ to the course of the curved path around the target tissue (9), wherein the tube (8), after positioning of the ablation element (1) guided therein, can again be manually withdrawn from the area to be treated while the ablation element (1) maintains the assumed position. The adaptation of the tube to the course of the respectively selected guiding path can be carried out manually in situ by a two-dimensional or three-dimensional bending of the tube (8).
