According to an aspect of the present invention, provided is a terminal which is mounted in a k-th electrical outlet used for a special purpose among first to n-th electrical outlets connected to an integrated electric meter for measuring power supplied to an electric device, so as to: determine, on the basis of the power consumption pattern of an electric device connected to the k-th electrical outlet, whether to provide an electric service to the electric device or for the use thereof; and perform billing, the terminal comprising: a communication unit which, when the electric device is connected to the k-th electrical outlet, acquires or supports to acquire identification information of the electric device, which corresponds to the power consumption pattern of the electric device; and a processor which supports to perform billing for the electricity supplied through the k-th electrical outlet by making reference to the identification information of the electric device connected to the k-th electrical outlet.
