The invention relates to an electrolytic sequential system for increasing the concentration of lithium in natural brines, which replaces evaporation pools or wells, preventing water loss. The system comprises at least one repeatable sequential phase (1), said repeatable sequential phase in turn comprising at least three mechanisms joined sequentially in three stages: stage I (E-I) comprises an ordered mechanism formed by one or more electrolytic or electrodialysis cells (4); stage II (E-II) comprises a precipitation mechanism (17); and stage III (E-III) comprises a solid/liquid separation mechanism (21). The system further comprises: a brine source (2) and a clean water source (5), both connected with E-I; at least one storage tank (8) for dilute, which is connected with E-I; a zone for recovering brine, connected with the dilute storage tank; a valve (12) for distributing the concentrated flow produced, disposed between E-I and E-II; a source (15) for supplying separation inputs and reactants, connected with E-II; a source (19) for supplying precipitation inputs and reactants, connected with E-III; and a storage tank (25) for precipitated salts, which receives the output flow from E-III.
