A precision filter infusion set, comprising a set body (1) and a seal chamber (2) separated from the set body (1) by means of a sealing device (6); the seal chamber (2) is provided therein with a liquid filter, a venting device and an airtight stopper (3); the drug solution filter comprises at least one drug solution filtering membrane (4); a filtrate chamber (5) is formed by enclosing the at least one drug solution filtering membrane (4) and the venting device, or is formed in the enclosed space between the venting device, the drug solution filtering membrane (4) and the airtight stopper (3), or is formed between the venting device and the drug solution filtering membrane (4), and an inner wall of the seal chamber (2) and the airtight stopper (3); and at least one side wall of the filtrate chamber (5) is an infusion puncture site. The infusion set is capable of ensuring infusion safety.
