The method comprises: when a user wears virtual reality glasses to watch a video, a gyroscope sensor detects a rotation angular speed and a compass sensor detects a rotation direction; a mobile terminal obtains angular speed data and rotation direction data, and determines a rotation direction change of the virtual reality glasses; and control a level change of a sound volume according to the direction change, and correspondingly decrease or increase a sound volume of a left channel and a sound volume of a right channel corresponding to audio.
