The invention relates to the field of passive immunotherapy of oncological diseases, and particularly to a method of adoptive cell transfer that uses genetically-modified autologous or allogeneic cytotoxic T-lymphocytes having acquired immunogenicity against tumour cells. The invention can be used in T-cell cancer therapy. The result is an original gene construct that encodes monomolecular chimeric T-cell receptors in which an effector fragment of a T-cell receptor is combined with an antigen-recognising portion in the form of variable fragments of two different carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) antibodies. The cytotoxic activity toward CEA-expressing cells exhibited by human peripheral blood lymphocytes transfected by the described structures is higher than 50% of target cells.
