Disclosed is an automatic test system for a numerical control mainboard. The automatic test system for a numerical control mainboard comprises a testing numerical control mainboard (1100) and a numerical control mainboard (1200) under test. The testing numerical control mainboard (1100) is connected to the numerical control mainboard (1200) under test, and is controlled by testing software to test the numerical control mainboard (1200) under test. All test modules corresponding to connection interfaces of the numerical control mainboard (1200) under test can use modules on the testing numerical control mainboard (1100), and therefore, the testing numerical control mainboard (1100) can be used to test the numerical control mainboard (1200) under test simply by changing an input/output circuit of the testing numerical control mainboard (1100) by means of software, for example, setting a first data output interface (1210) to be for a first data input interface (1110) by means of software control to receive a test signal outputted by the first data output interface (1210) of the numerical control mainboard (1200) under test, or setting a second data input interface (1220) to be for a second data output interface (1120) by means of software control to output a test signal to the second data input interface (1220) of the numerical control mainboard (1200) under test, thereby reducing costs of development of a numerical control testing board.
