Embodiments of the present application provide a logistical information acquisition method, platform, system, and image acquisition apparatus. The logistical information acquisition method comprises: acquiring identification information of an object, and a predetermined number of images and a video having a predetermined duration in a first monitoring scenario and in a second monitoring scenario, associating the identification information of the object with the images and/or the videos to respectively generate scanning image data and shipping image data, and storing the identification information of the object, and the scanning image data and the shipping image data of the object associated with the identification information. In embodiments of the present application, identification information of each object is stored with scanning image data and shipping image data associated with the identification information of said object, and therefore, images associated with identification information of an object can be quickly found according to the identification information of the object, thus reducing query time for users, improving query efficiency, and simplifying a query process.
