SERVICE ORIENTED ARCHITECTURE (SOA) BASED DATA PROCESSING METHOD AND DEVICE

Disclosed are a data processing method and device based on service oriented architecture (SOA), and the method comprises: acquiring a user's behavior data recorded by a switch and forwarding the behavior data to an extraction and conversion component, the behavior data at least including the user's call record data; extracting and converting the behavior data by means of the extraction and conversion component, storing the extracted and converted behavior data into a memory database, and loading, by means of a loading component, the behavior data stored in the memory database into a file database; after receiving request parameters requested by the user by means of a real-time monitoring component, calling the relevant behavior data in the memory database and the file database, and generating a chart or a report for the relevant behavior data.
