摘要

An image processing-based method and device for measuring the growth degree of algae on a silicone rubber surface. The method comprises the following steps: S1, measuring the average value of a G component corresponding to photographs in different algae densities, and establishing a function relationship between the algae densities and the average value of the G component; and S2, photographing silicone rubber on which the algae grow, so as to obtain the average value of the G component of an algae region in the photographs, and calculating the algae density according to the function relationship. In the method, the step of taking the algae from the surface of an insulator is avoided, thereby avoiding a huge error during the algae taking process. In the method, photographing is only needed during on-site operations, and the method is simple and is free of safety hidden risks, adapts different environments, and satisfies demands on safety and power supply reliability in power generation. By means of the white balance processing method, differences on color of the photographs due to weather, illumination and other factors are reduced as more as possible, thereby avoiding the error in the measured growth degree of algae.
