Disclosed in the present invention are a method and an apparatus for allocating an uplink pilot and jointly optimizing received beamforming vectors. The method comprises: fixing received antenna array beamforming vectors of vertical sectors of each cell, and allocating pilot sequences to users in the vertical sectors, so as to minimize channel estimation errors, and obtain a pilot scheduling resu optimizing, according to the pilot scheduling result, the received beamforming vectors, to decrease the sum of asymptotic channel estimation errors; and iteratively performing the pilot sequence allocation and the received beamforming vector optimization until the sum of the asymptotic channel estimation errors meets a preset condition.
