A phase-shifted full-bridge type power supply circuit is equipped with: a bridge circuit; a recovery surge protection circuit 3 connected in parallel to the bridge circuit; a recovery surge suppression circuit 4, wherein one terminal of an inductor La is connected to the anode of a first rectification element D5 and the cathode of a second rectification element D6, and the other terminal of the inductor to one terminal of a third switch element Q3 and one terminal of a fourth switch element Q4, and a capacitor Ca is connected in parallel to the inductor; and a rectification circuit 5 having a third rectification element D7 and a fourth rectification element D8. The capacitor is charged when a first switch element Q1 and the fourth switch element Q4 are driven, and the charging ends after a recovery surge of the fourth rectification element is generated; or, the capacitor is charged when a second switch element Q2 and the third switch element Q3 are driven, and the charging ends after a recovery surge of the third rectification element is generated.
