A unified authentication unit receives registering requests from domain name registering service providers, and verifies the registering requests of the domain name registering service providers; after verification is successful, registering messages are sent to corresponding message queues in a forwarding control unit; the forwarding control unit provides the message queues to the domain name registering service providers and delivers registering messages in the message queues to a registering processing unit for processing, and domain name registering is implemented; a scheduling and management unit monitors the request flow of the domain name registering service providers and the processing situation of the registering processing unit, and the registering processing unit is scheduled and managed according to the change of the request flow of the domain name registering service providers. By means of the present invention, service quality and controllability of a domain name shared data registering system can be ensured, the capacity of a service pool for processing shared data at the back end can flexibly stretch and contract, thereby facilitating centralized management and control.
